We have a 14-day return policy, which means your return must be postmarked no later than 14 days after the receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your store or email receipt for proof of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns can also be made at both store locations, however all returns get processed from the Essex store. Kindly allow extra time if dropping off an online return to our Mystic store.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bathing suits and undergarments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received your package, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.

Purchases made between 11/15/2025 and 12/24/2025 may be returned or exchanged until 1/15/2026
FINAL SALE items (any item that is discounted at 40% or greater) can not be returned or exchanged.
